Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information TTSMG (Tielle Technical Solutions and Marketing Group, a Tielle Enterprises LLC company in West Chicago, Illinois) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers ttsmg.com, our phone line, our emails and texts, and the platforms we build and run for clients. The short version: we collect only what we need, we never sell your information, and you can ask us to see, export or delete it.

What we collect

What you give us: your name, email, phone number, business details and anything you type into our forms, booking calendar or messages.
Calls: when you call our business line, the call is answered by our phone system, which records and transcribes the call and saves a summary so we can follow up. You'll hear this said at the start of the call. If you don't want to be recorded, you can hang up and email or text us instead.
Texts and emails: the messages you send us and the replies we send you.
Payments: handled by Stripe. We see what you bought and the last four digits of your card. We never see or store full card numbers.
Website use: basic information your browser sends (pages visited, device type, approximate location from IP address) and cookies needed to run our site, forms and checkout.

How we use it

To answer your questions, deliver what you bought, and run your platform if you're a client.
To send messages you asked for, like booking links, reports and replies.
To send marketing emails, only if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To keep records the law requires (for example, tax and payment records).

We never sell your information. We don't share it for advertising, and we don't use client or student data for anyone but that client.

Text messages

We only text people who gave us their number and agreed to receive texts. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. No mobile information, including phone numbers and opt-in consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We don't send cold texts.

Who helps us run things

We use trusted service providers to run our business: our hosting and customer-management platform, phone and email delivery services, Stripe for payments, and Google for our business listing and calendar. They can use your information only to provide their service to us.

Platforms we run for clients

When we build and run a platform for a client (for example, a teacher's course platform or a shop's booking system), the client is in charge of their customers' information and we handle it only on the client's instructions. That data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never reused for another client. When a client leaves, we export their data to them and then delete it from our systems within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Children and students

Our own site and services aren't meant for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information. If we learn we have, we delete it.
Platforms that serve students follow the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We get verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information from a child under 13. Parents can review, change or delete their child's information and withdraw consent at any time. Accounts for minors are held by a parent or guardian.
When we handle education records for or from a school, we follow FERPA. When we serve Illinois K-12 schools, we follow the Illinois Student Online Personal Protection Act (SOPPA).
Student information is used only to provide the learning service. It's never sold, never used for targeted advertising, and never used to build profiles for non-educational purposes.

Keeping it safe

We use reputable providers with encryption and access controls, and we limit who can see your information. No system is perfect. If a breach affects your personal information, we'll notify you as required by the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws. We don't collect biometric information such as fingerprints or face scans.

How long we keep it

We keep information as long as we need it to serve you or as the law requires, then we delete it. Client and student data is deleted within 30 days after it's exported to the client at the end of service.

Your choices and rights

Ask to see the information we have about you, or get a copy of it.
Ask us to correct or delete it.
Unsubscribe from emails (link in every email) or texts (reply STOP).

Contact us using the details below, and we'll respond within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll notify clients directly.
