Terms of Service

Effective October 11, 2026

These terms apply when you use ttsmg.com or buy services from TTSMG (Tielle Technical Solutions and Marketing Group, a Tielle Enterprises LLC company in West Chicago, Illinois). Your written agreement or order with us may add details. If the two conflict, your agreement wins.

1. What we provide

We provide the services described on our Services page or in your agreement, such as audits, plans, websites, review systems, phone answering and custom platforms. We tell you what's included before you pay.

2. Payment

  • Prices are shown before you buy. One-time fees are due when you order or as stated in your agreement.
  • Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • Refunds are given only under the guarantees stated for each service, or as the law requires.

3. Cancel anytime, take your data

  • Monthly plans have no long-term contract. Cancel by phone or in writing at any time, and service continues through the end of the period you've paid for.
  • When you cancel, we export your content, contacts and records to you in standard formats (CSV and your original files) within 10 business days, and help you move your phone number out if you have one with us.
  • After export, we delete your personal and customer data from our systems within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.

4. Who owns what

  • What's TTSMG's stays TTSMG's. TTSMG owns, and keeps all copyrights and other rights in, everything we create or provide: our platform and its technology, build structures, page layouts and designs, automations, workflows, templates, copy we write, and our methods. While your plan is active, you have a license to use what we built for you. We don't transfer, hand over or sell the platform or its setup.
  • What's yours stays yours. You own the content you create and give us: your name, brand, logo, photos, videos, lessons, materials and your customers' information. You give us permission to host and display it only to run your services.
  • Reuse and exclusivity. Unless you buy our Exclusivity Option, we may reuse the general structure of what we built for you, with your branding and content removed, as a template for other clients. We never reuse your content, brand or data. The Exclusivity Option and its price are described in your agreement.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate information and approve scripts, prices and content we publish for you. You're responsible for the accuracy of your own prices, offers and claims.
  • Have the rights to the content you give us.
  • Get any consent required from your own customers, including for texts and emails, with our help, and follow the law in how you use the services.
  • Don't use our services for spam, illegal content, or anything that harms others.

6. Privacy and data

We follow our Privacy Policy and the data laws that apply to you and your customers, including the children's and student privacy laws described there.

7. Results

We work hard and tell you plainly what we find, but we can't guarantee specific sales, rankings or revenue. Only the guarantees we state in writing apply.

8. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, TTSMG isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses (like lost profits), and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.

9. Third-party services

Some features rely on other companies, such as phone carriers, Google, payment processors and email providers. Their outages or rule changes (for example, carrier approval times for business texting) are outside our control, but we'll tell you if they affect you.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Clients are notified of significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
